 Why Fly if You Don't Have to . . .     
This outpost is situated on Separation Lake, part of the famous English River system.  This camp is a remarkable drive-in outpost, 72 km, a one-hour drive, north of Kenora, Ontario.  It is a jewel in the rough and you can even bring your own boat.  There is a modern boat launch, making it easy to put in your own boat.  Inquire for accommodation packages if planning to bring your own boat.  Fish for Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass and Muskie.  Being located on the English River says it all!  See the map.

The Outpost . . .
The cabin has two floors and a big log deck.  It has a panoramic 12 mile view of the English River and Separation Lake to the northeast .  The two outbuildings are the generator shed and a fish cleaning / freezer house.  The cabin has a log stockade around the perimeter to give privacy from the road, which goes around the bay behind the cabin.

The fishing . . .    
Separation Rapids offers a greater variety of fish than any of our other camps.  The fishing is good and easy.  We provide a well-marked map of the 20,000 acres of Separation Lake that will have you onto the fish in no time.  You will quickly be catching Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass and Muskie.  And big ones, since this is a huge river system.  You will also see an assortment of other animals.  Just keep one eye on your rod and the other on the shoreline. 

About Your Stay . . .     
The great thing about the Rapids is that you don't have to fly.  It is only 72 kilometers from our office in Kenora, Ontario.  This will save you the worries of flying, like weight limits.  Your accomodations will be most comfortable if you keep  your party to six to eight persons.  We will do everything we can to provide you with the equipment you need.
