Ice Harvest 2009
Getting ready for YOU!
The Walsten crew harvested and stored more than 650 blocks of ice
in 6 ice houses in 25 days -- a unique service.  
Kevin flew just over 30 hours on skis to move
and re-supply the crew.

Getting the super cub ready for a day of winter flying

Piper PA-18 super cub on skis is worth its weight in gold for the winter work we have to do. The frozen ice field  (where the blocks come from) is in the foreground.
