Purvis Wash

Purvis Wash Lake has great year round fishing for walleyes and northern pike.  It can only be reached by a 1/4 mile portage from McCusker Lake.  A boat and motor are in the wash, so you only have to take yourself and fishing gear.

Purvis Wash Lake is the outlet for McCusker Lake.  It is a broadening of the Keeper River.  Current areas are often fish magnets, and very productive.  The cabbage flats are noted for large northern pike.  Purvis Wash Lake is south west of McCusker.  The map below shows the location of the lake relative to the camp.
